Switch v0 page and payload composition to generated render_html helpers, removing the local render_template bridge while keeping the explicit full-page SafeHtml shell boundary.

slhx v0 browser examples

Run the examples server:

cargo run -p slhx-v0-examples

Open http://127.0.0.1:3000.

The page includes working examples for:

counter updates
todo form submission
wizard step updates
login form feedback
page swap/navigation
server-sent notifications
