Use hemplate render_into in public examples and example tests instead of the string-returning render helper, preserving SafeHtml wrapping only at the explicit effect boundary.

Run:

This is a polished Linear-style product demo for planning typed work across lanes. It is tailored to showcase slhx strengths:

hemplate partials for issue lanes, cards, and inspector panels

multi-target application/slhx EffectBatch responses
generated slot updates instead of selectors
