Done at HEAD `53e4709`: behavior/test slices cite their constraining requirements (`test/*`, `diagnostics/*`, `list/006`, `examples/*`), requirement-only maintenance stayed separated in workledger evidence commits, and `redgate health --strict` plus `redgate lint` pass with only the accepted `requirements-large` advisory from health and no lint warnings.
